To pick up your vehicle, you need: 1- Passport or ID card in the name of the main driver. 2- Driver's driving license. 3- Credit or debit card in the name of the main driver for the deposit. Only original documents are accepted.
The minimum age of the driver to rent a vehicle is 21 years old and 1 year of driving license. Young drivers (under 23 years old) must take out comprehensive insurance.
To collect your rental car in Morocco, you will have to pay the deposit, the amount of which varies from 6,000 dh to 30,000 dh (approximately €600 to €3,000) depending on the category of vehicle rented: The deposit is only blocked on your credit card for the duration of the rental, and not debited. At the end of your rental, the deposit is released at the airport by our agent. To limit the excess blocked on your card, you can subscribe to our total or partial Excess redemption services, which limit your liability in the event of accident. Tip: the highway code and laws being different in Morocco, you will sometimes drive hesitantly. Take out collision insurance before picking up the vehicle to have peace of mind during your stay in Morocco.

If the modification or cancellation request is sent more than 24 hours before pick-up at the airport, the modification or cancellation is free. Any modification or cancellation occurring after the vehicle pick-up date must be processed at the rental agency depending on rental car availability and current rates. No refund will be possible for any rental shorter than the duration provided for in the reservation (early return), in the event of a delay in picking up the vehicle for more than 4 hours, in the event of no-show on the day of departure without no notification this will be considered 'NO SHOW'.
